44 Positive Thinking Living Today and Long Life
Positive thinking influences are having a long life and enjoying life. A person positively thinking says to himself if in any case, I am going to die of cancer or something else why I do not enjoy life.
To enjoy the life we have to live every day as best we can. A very powerful sentence of the Bible regarding thinking only today and having a long life is “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34
A positive attitude increases our years of life. Those who investigate have found that the way you see your age is reflected up to how many years you will live.
People with cancer worry about how many more years of life they have left. They worry when their doctor says they have six months left to live. With cancer, you have to find something to enjoy every day. I found my joy in writing these posts helping people with cancer. I have not had cancer for 15 months, and I keep writing and helping. Find something that calms your mind and dedicates yourself to that one hundred percent. You will enjoy every day of your life. And you will have the quality of life. Find it now and do not postpone it.
Live each moment as if it were the last. And live moment to moment. You have to appreciate every moment. Live every second and every minute totally without worrying about tomorrow. Concentrate your forces and your goals in the present time. If we sacrifice our current moment thinking about tomorrow, we will not enjoy this current moment.
It is understood that people who hope to get better from cancer are more likely to do so. Researchers continue to explore the effects of positive thinking and optimism in health, although there are already results that prove positive results.
People with positive thoughts tolerate stress more effortlessly in their daily lives. We know stress does a lot of damage to health. It is also believed that positive and optimistic people tend to live healthier lifestyles.
As a summary: surround yourself with more positive people, avoid people who see everything negative, have a sense of humor, and pray that it is the most powerful force. All this will help you to be a positive person. God bless you and share your experiences for the benefit of others.
